WHITETAIL DEER HUNTING
* 3 day hunts, guided with 2 night stay
* includes lodging, meals, drinks, and snacks
* $850 non-refundable deposit per person is due upon confirmation (converted to access fee upon arrival)
* price $850 access fee per person plus trophy fee/management fee
* applies to both trophy and management hunts

Trophy Hunt
* one mature buck, scoring over 130 B&C
130 to 139 7/8 . . . . $2500 + $100/ inch over 130 (Ex: 134 B&C = $2900)
140 to 149 7/8 . . . . $3500 + $100/ inch over 140 (Ex: 146 B&C = $4100)
150 to 159 7/8 . . . . $4500 + $125/ inch over 150 (Ex: 152 B&C = $4750)
160 to 169 7/8 . . . . $5500 + $150/ inch over 160 (Ex: 165 B&C = $6250)
170 to 179 7/8 . . . . $7000 + $250/ inch over 170 (Ex: 173 B&C = $7750)
above 180 B&C . . $10000 + $350/ inch over 180

Management Hunt
* one management buck
* older than four years and scoring less than 129 B&C
* also includes bucks designated by guide as management bucks
Fee . . . . $1750

B&C scoring:
* conducted by Dr. Robert Vela and/or Victor Saenz II
* ranch owner and foreman have final score determination
* score is based on gross score (not net score)

DOVE HUNTING
afternoon dove hunt
* includes guided hunt and bird processing, steak dinner/drinks
* $100/person - minimum of 3 people
overnight dove hunt
* includes guided hunt and bird processing, all meals, lodging
* includes PM & AM hunts
* $250/person - minimum of 3 people
* arrival 12 noon, departure 11AM

This four bedroom, brick lodge is available in a quiet, scenic, serene atmosphere. Enjoy the clean air in this peaceful environment.

Your "down time" will be occupied with sitting by the campfire, storytelling, BBQing, 4-wheel-cycling, playing pool, target practice, as well as other activities. Inside the lodge you'll find all the comforts and amenities such as central air and heating, satellite television, entertainment, and great cooking. Alternatively, at your expense, arrangements can be made for motel lodging in nearby Alice, Texas.


PAYMENT/ POLICIES

Before trophy or management hunting begins, the $850 access fee must be paid.
Occupancy rates include:
* meals and lodging
* beverages/ snacks
* field dressing
Occupancy rates do not include:
* hunting licences (required)
* skinning/ caping, taxidermy
* gratuities/ taxes
NOTE: any blood drawn (i.e. wounded deer) will be charged as a killed animal

* Hunters must pay all fees and charges (or remaining balance) prior to departure

* All deposits are non-refundable
